Refunds and cancellations

You cancel 24 hours or more before the call

Cancel from your booking page and the full amount is refunded automatically. There is nothing else to do.

Less than 24 hours before

The time is held for you, so late cancellations are not refunded. If something serious came up, write to me and I will do my best to offer a new time.

I cancel, or the call fails on my side

You get a full refund, or a new time if you prefer.

Courses

Courses are not refundable. You get instant access to every lesson, so please read the course page and watch its free preview lessons (if it has some) before buying. If a lesson doesn't play or something is wrong with your access, write to me and I'll fix it.

Payment problems

If your payment arrives after the time you picked has gone to someone else, or you pay twice for the same call or course, the extra payment is refunded in full automatically.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card, UPI or account you paid with, through Razorpay. Banks usually show them within 5–7 working days.

No physical delivery

Calls are held online, on this website, at the booked time, and courses are watched on this website. Nothing is shipped.
