Terms
Last updated 25 October 2026
These terms apply when you book a call or buy a course on mohitshekhawat.com. By booking or buying, you accept them.
The service
A call is a one-to-one video conversation with Mohit Shekhawat for the length shown on its page, held on this website. You get my honest opinion and suggestions based on my own experience.
Advice, not a promise
A call is general guidance. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it does not guarantee any income or result. What you earn afterwards depends on your own decisions and work; results vary from person to person.
Booking and payment
Prices are shown before you pay, in rupees for visitors in India and otherwise in US dollars where a dollar price exists. Payment is taken by Razorpay when you book. Your booking is confirmed only when the payment is received; you get a confirmation email with a private link.
Moving or cancelling
You can move your call once, or cancel it for a full refund, up to 24 hours before it starts, from your booking page. See the refund policy for the details.
If you miss the call
Please join on time. If you do not join within 15 minutes of the start without telling me, the call counts as taken and is not refunded. If I miss or cancel a call, you get a full refund or a new time, as you prefer.
Courses
A course is a set of video lessons you watch on this website, signed in with the email address you bought it with. You can watch it as often as you like, for as long as the course is offered here. It is for you alone: please don't share your account, the lessons or their links. Like a call, a course teaches what worked for me; it does not guarantee any income, and results vary. Courses are not refundable (see the refund policy).
Conduct
Please be respectful. I may end a call that becomes abusive, without a refund. Do not record the call without my agreement.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: use the contact form or email [email protected].
